Job description Operations ManagerJob description Helium is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with previous experience in the operations of a live entertainment venue or restaurant location. Familiarity with food and beverage operations for both nightclub and/or small restaurants is required. Candidate will lead our kitchen and serving staff. Weekend and nighttime availability is required to be considered for this position. Excellent attitude and follow-through are traits Helium Operation Managers must have.

Responsibilities:

Lead and engage a team of 25+ service staff. Handle customer service requests & issues with professionalism and ease. Manage F&B duties as assigned. Track and analyze labor, food & liquor costs. Recruit and interview great talent. Maintain a safe & secure environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures Provide an incredible experience for all of our guests, staff and performers

About You:

You have at least 2 years of restaurant and/or venue management experience You're professional AND always on time. You have a college degree, OR a combination of practical experience & education. You're a multi-tasker who can handle a sold-out Saturday night with enthusiasm. You have a great attention to detail. You're tech savvy & not afraid of the computer. Familiar with building documents & spreadsheets.

Additional Items:

Our Operations Manager will be asked to meet certain metrics leading to performance bonuses. Typical work week is roughly 40-50 hours. Position requires prolonged standing & bending, and you will need to lift supplies weighing 40lbs or more
