Full Job Description Prerequisites and Success Qualities:

Operations Director Definition:

Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes that drive operational performance throughout the organization.

Operations Director Roles/Responsibilities:

Responsible for taking active ownership of assigned responsibilities above a shift level. Responsible for actively participating in leadership meetings and providing feedback and solutions to problems that are consistently arising. Responsible for creating actionable, positive change in the organization. Responsible for assisting with and taking part in the growth and development of others. Responsible for creating plans including, but not limited to, budgeting plans, proposal plans, or any other miscellaneous plans.
