This is not an office-based management position. The Growing Supervisor works directly in the production environment, leading employees while monitoring crop development, growing conditions, irrigation, and daily growing activities. Previous mushroom growing experience is not required .• Candidates with hands-on experience in crop production, greenhouse growing, horticulture, nursery operations, or other controlled agricultural growing environments are encouraged to apply.• What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience growing or managing agricultural crops Experience directly supervising and coordinating production employees Ability to lead employees while remaining actively involved in daily growing operations Experience monitoring crop conditions and responding to changing production needs Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license If you have relevant crop growing, agricultural, greenhouse, horticultural, or supervisory experience that is not fully reflected on your resume, please include a brief description with your application.
