The opportunity Glenhaven Snow Company is seeking dependable Field Supervisors to help oversee commercial snow and ice operations in Southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding tri-state area. This role centers on field oversight, site inspections, communication, and accurate documentation during winter weather events. Pay and schedule $5,000 guaranteed seasonal minimum, subject to required training, availability, and attendance. Hours are credited at $50/hour toward the guarantee: 100 hours equal $5,000, and additional hours are paid at $50/hour. The guarantee is not added to hourly earnings. Hours vary with weather and assignments; coverage can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Paid training. What you will do Monitor assigned properties and routes against site plans and service expectations. Verify crew presence, service progress, access conditions, and areas needing attention. Record clear photos, notes, and updates using the company iPad/app. Report hazards, incomplete work, equipment concerns, and service issues promptly. Communicate with operations, service providers, and customers and participate in post-event debriefs. Care for assigned company vehicles, equipment, and fuel cards. Support seasonal readiness through pre-season site inspections, weather station installations, and other related operational duties as assigned. What you bring Reliable storm availability; clear communication; attention to detail; sound judgment; and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and ability to safely operate an assigned company vehicle are required. You must be able to perform the essential field duties in winter conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfort with a smartphone or tablet is helpful; training is provided.
