Position Responsibilities:

The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities May work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc. Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI's and submission of annual departmental budgets Adhere to the company's standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company's values and competencies Travel up to 50% Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's Degree
