Role Overview Supervises screenprint, receiving, and order processing functions while maintaining strong visibility and accessibility to employees on the distribution and screenprint floor throughout the shift. how you will make an impact: Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes operational activities throughout the shift to ensure efficient execution. Forecasts staffing needs to support peak business demands and participates in the interviewing and hiring process. Identifies and implements ongoing process improvements to drive departmental efficiency and operational effectiveness. Partners with Operations and Senior Management to support the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Trains, motivates, coaches, recognizes, and holds team members accountable for performance and conduct. Resolves personnel matters in partnership with the HR Manager and Operations/Senior Management Team. Coordinates with the HR Manager and/or Operations/Senior Management Team on employee activities, including vacation approvals, timecard approvals, daily and weekly overtime, hiring, and training. Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems relevant to the assigned work area. Supports safety programs and ensures all required safety training is completed by the team. Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and promotes a safe working environment at all times. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. what you bring to the team: Experience leveraging performance management practices to coach employees, improve productivity, and support career development and pathing. Experience using warehouse-based software and operational systems. Experience supporting hourly employee populations in manufacturing, distribution, call center, or similar operational environments. Experience presenting information in a variety of settings, including business meetings, team huddles, standups, formations, and town halls. Ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization to drive effective business outcomes; demonstrates strong and proven influencing skills. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and informatively, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information.
