Job Description
We are a well established, rapidly expanding multi-specialty dental group with multiple locations offering Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Oral Surgery. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care while building one of the most efficient, profitable, and well-run dental organizations in the region. We are seeking a driven, experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, optimize efficiency, and scale our practices. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, growth oriented environment and wants to play a key part in shaping the future of our group. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all current and future locations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflows. Drive practice growth through strategic operational improvements, scheduling optimization, and team performance management. Build and maintain a healthy, productive hygiene schedule — maximize utilization, reduce no-shows, and increase production per hour. Lead process improvements to increase overall office efficiency, reduce overhead, and improve patient flow (front desk, clinical, sterilization, etc.). Manage staff scheduling, training, accountability, and performance reviews. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): production, collections, hygiene metrics, patient retention, and overhead control. Implement best practices in inventory management, vendor relationships, compliance, and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and the owner to align operations with growth goals. Identify opportunities for expansion, cost savings, and revenue enhancement. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Practice Administrator, or Regional Manager in a multi-location dental practice (multi-specialty or general + specialty preferred). Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in dental offices. Experience with Dolphin practice management software ( can train ) Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passion for dentistry and patient experience. Willingness to travel between locations as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
