Apply Now How You'll Make an Impact Manage and develop a team of Turbine Service (TS) Project Engineers (PE) regarding planning of outage support. Act as point of contact to TS employees and internal contacts to resolve issues in the field in order to satisfy internal and external stakeholders. Periodically visits field projects to review onsite progress and operations, observe first-time evolutions with new tooling or processes, and to meet with internal and external customers. Support technical sales at customer meetings and review of cost estimates as required. Collaborate with development groups in support of new tooling and processes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience related to the field. 8+ years' industry experience including project management background. Detailed knowledge and understanding of Turbine Service capabilities and product offerings. Strong communication and collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
