Description Operations Supervisor - 108373 Do you have operations experience in the financial industry? Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their professional and growing team. Support colleagues with internal communication systems and day-to-day operational needs.
Interact with clients daily by phone, in person, and through virtual channels.
Assist financial advisors with accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM record maintenance.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Work independently while guiding team members and prioritizing tasks to meet business goals.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
Apply understanding of office operations, investment concepts, financial markets, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to proactively ensure task completion.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and clients.
- SIE License required (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
- Series 7 License required (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
