Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background understanding inventory control, productivity, warehouse area management, and team leadership. Utilize warehouse managment and order management systems to run an efficient area each day

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient operations
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse temp and permanent staff
• Implement and optimize e-commerce fulfillment processes
• Ensure proper materials handling and storage procedures
• Supervise shipping and receiving operations
• Collaborate with 3PL partners for seamless logistics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment operations
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Ability to handle material handling equipment safely
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving processes is preferred
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
• This role works a mandatory Sunday
• Thursday, or Saturday
