Duties Lead and execute operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all business units. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Manage business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence. Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during restructuring or process upgrades. Direct financial management activities including budget planning, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to maximize profitability. Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic objectives, communicate vision effectively with verbal communication with senior teams, and ensure alignment across departments. Supervise project management teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality. Drive continuous process improvement through data-driven decision making and innovative management techniques. Oversee business operations ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards while fostering a culture of accountability. Lead executive-level team management by mentoring senior leaders, promoting leadership development, and managing performance effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in operational management or a similar leadership role within a complex organization. Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects. Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational analysis. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse teams. Skilled in project management with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives successfully. Deep understanding of business operations coupled with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and promote a high-performance culture. Management experience supervising cross-functional teams at senior levels with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
