Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing Operations:
Landscape Property Maintenance Teams, landscape construction teams, and Garden Center staff.Managing Quality:
at client homes, commercial facilities, on-site shop, and Garden Center.Managing Performance:
through metrics and reporting as necessary.Managing Processes:
design and implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiencyManaging Projects:
providing teams with materials and equipment necessary to complete projects, creating action plans to prepare for upcoming projects.Managing Risks:
by observing crew operations, identifying any hazards and creating solutions through skill training.Managing Compliance:
Keep records of training and safety training, setting up in house and outside training schedules.Managing Reporting:
Oversee the reporting functions of the business to provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.Managing Relationships:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and associates in trades. Required skills & qualifications: Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Must be able to prioritize and plan work to maximize efficiency Complete paperwork accurately and timely Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Commitment to safety and quality, with a strong attention to detail The role demands hands-on involvement in various aspects of the business, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards The ability to adapt to changes and multitask effectivelyPreferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive wages and 401K Working Conditions The typical work requires 40-50 hours. Position requires additional hours when necessary to complete special projects or to respond to client requests. This role includes traveling within a prescribed market area and includes work outside. Physical Requirements The key physical requirements of this position includes the ability to travel regularly by vehicle, walk and stand for an extended period of time, lift up to 40 pounds, use of standard office equipment including computers, work outside, and movement within a standard officePay:
