Job Description:

We're hiring an Operations-Focused Administrative Manager to help scale our U.S. operations at Carepod. This is not a traditional admin role. You'll be the operational backbone of our business-owning coordination, improving systems, and helping leadership run faster and smarter. ????

Location:

Plano, TX (Hybrid) What You'll Do Own and streamline daily office and operational workflows Coordinate across teams (CS, logistics, marketing, HQ in Korea) Manage schedules, internal communications, and key projects Oversee expenses, invoices, and basic financial tracking Support hiring, onboarding, and HR processes Identify inefficiencies and build scalable systems (SOPs, automation) What We're Looking For 3-7 years of experience in admin, office management, or operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable with tools (Google Workspace, Notion, CRM, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator who can work across teams and cultures
