October 19 - October 26, 2026 Role Overview The Culture & Growth Manager (CGM) is a dual-facing leader who serves as the heartbeat of ALLY's district partnerships, owning collective growth and financial performance while investing deeply in developing educators into full-time district leaders. At ALLY Education Collective, we are space-makers who lead with heart and speak with integrity. Our ultimate measure of growth is succeeding when our instructors build their capacity, skills, and relationships to transition into full-time roles within our partner school districts, strengthening public education from within. In this role, you will act as a key operational leader and cross-functional connector across our teams. You will directly manage and coach the Culture & Growth Coordinator (CGC) while working collaboratively with our Instructional Team, including the Senior Educator Growth Coach and Educator Growth Coaches, to elevate instructional excellence, cultivate culture, and drive partner success. Key Responsibilities District Renewals & Expansion (35%): Own P&L across 2-3 partner districts, managing relationships and monitoring contract NTE ceilings to secure renewals and programmatic expansion. Culture Stewardship & Instructional Collaboration (30%): Lead culture onboarding and partner collaboratively with the Senior Educator Growth Coach & Educator Growth Coaches to align core values with instructional excellence. Operations & CGC Leadership (20%): Directly manage and coach the Culture & Growth Coordinator (CGC) to oversee daily check-ins, sub dispatch, safety compliance, and monthly unbilled hour tracking. New Business Growth (15%): Proactively identify prospective district partners, lead discovery conversations, and drive new partnership proposals across the territory.

Support instructors in building capacity to successfully transition into full-time roles within partner school districts. Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
Relationship Builder & Growth Driver:
Demonstrated success in cultivating high-trust district partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving renewal or expansion opportunities.
People Manager & Coach:
Proven track record of directly managing, coaching, and developing direct reports or operational staff (e.g., coordinators or team leads).
Collaborative Educational Leader:
Experience in school or district leadership with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Financial & Contract Acumen:
Comfortable managing budgets, tracking contract ceilings (NTE amounts), and monitoring billing metrics to prevent revenue leakage.
Operational Drive:
Comfortable directing daily operational integrity—such as check-in/out protocols, sub dispatch workflows, and safety compliance.

Flexible Hybrid Capability:
Willingness and ability to visit partner school sites weekly, engage prospective partners in the field, and work remotely on strategic planning. Work Environment & Schedule This role features a flexible Hybrid Schedule built around district rhythms:
On-Site:
Weekly visits to partner schools for classroom observations, coaching, and 5-10 minute pulse-checks with site leads. In the
Field:
On-the-road discovery conversations and partnership-building meetings with prospective districts. In Office /
Remote:
Dedicated focus time for admin, operational planning, PD design, reporting, and strategy.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$100,000 annually
Contract Management Incentive:
2% commission on current managed contracts
New Business Incentive:
2% commission on new district partnerships secured
