Hospitality Operations ManagerPosition Summary Location:
Steamboat Springs - Flexible office hours with occasional remote work possible.
Compensation:
Full-Time $60,000 - $68,000 DOE. ICHRA contribution to Medical. Potential for bonuses Mileage Reimbursement 401k We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Hospitality Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team. The Operations Manager will provide administrative, operational, and organizational support across the property portfolio. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our hospitality portfolio. This includes supervising on-site managers, coordinating various projects and requirements, improving guest experiences, and collaborating with the Director of Hospitality and team to enhance overall operations and optimize revenue. You will need to Maintain organized tasks and follow-up, Escalate issues appropriately when they cannot be resolved independently and Provide management with timely updates on outstanding priorities. Essential Responsibilities Not inclusive of all requirements and may be asked duties outside of listed job requirements. Property Organizational Support Ensure proper follow up and accountability for ongoing projects and tasks. Regularly check the progress of various initiatives and projects, making adjustments as needed to meet timelines and objectives. Regularly review OTA connections and related systems to identify connection issues, synchronization problems, missing information, or other potential errors. Maintain the organization and flow of weekly management meetings. Track action items resulting from management meetings and help ensure they are completed or appropriately escalated. Identify outstanding or incomplete tasks and communicate follow-up needs to the appropriate manager or leadership team. Assist with administrative tasks including insurance renewals and mail scanning and distribution. Property Management Assume responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within our portfolio, ensuring they meet and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Be available to take assigned weekend on-call MOD shifts as necessary to provide support for onsite managers. Shifts will be allocated across the Four Points Management team to support onsite staff needs. Provide temporary onsite support when operational circumstances require additional assistance. Travel Requirement This position requires the ability and willingness to travel to portfolio properties when necessary.

Onsite Management :
Be a direct point of contact and foster a strong working relationship, providing them with guidance, support, and clear communication to ensure the smooth operation of each property. Promptly address any challenges or issues that arise at the property level, working with onsite managers to find effective solutions. Work closely with onsite managers, to optimize the performance of each property, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences.
Guest Experience :
Work with onsite managers and the Hospitality team to enhance the overall guest experience through excellent service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and efficient processes.
Revenue Optimization :
Collaborate as necessary with the Director of Hospitality on revenue optimization strategies.
Budget Management :
Assist in controlling costs and maximize profitability across the properties. Marketing Assist with marketing initiatives and support with automated marketing systems QualificationsRequired Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned responsibilities. Comfortable learning and working with multiple software platforms and technology systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial, employee, and business information. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability and willingness to travel to portfolio properties as needed. Professional and positive approach when communicating with employees, managers, guests, and business partners. Preferred Previous experience in hospitality, property management, lodging, or multi-property operations. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Newbook, OTA platforms, or similar systems. Experience working in a multi-location or multi-property organization.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
