THE HONEST JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll be the person who shows up to a loss, figures out exactly what needs to happen, earns the homeowner's trust, and runs the job from scope to dry-out to done. Some days that means getting your hands dirty. Most days it means being the kind of person who makes a stressful situation feel under control. We don't want someone who asks "what's my next task?" We want someone who walks a job and already knows — and then asks what else needs doing.

• WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Scope and estimate mitigation jobs accurately and quickly
• Walk homeowners and adjusters through the plan — and close the job
• Stabilize environments: set equipment, monitor drying, document everything
• Oversee and lead field technicians on active jobs
• Keep equipment clean, tracked, and accounted for
• Manage multiple active jobs at once without dropping the ball
• Build the kind of reputation that makes people call us back

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  You don't need to have seen every loss type. You do need to know enough to know what you don't know — and be hungry to fill those gaps. Mitigation experience matters. People skills matter more. The right mindset matters most.
• 3+ years in water, fire, mold, or storm restoration (hands-on counts)
• WRT and AMRT certifications required
• ASD and FSRT are a plus
• Comfortable owning a job start to finish, not waiting to be managed
• Valid Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record
• Background check and drug screening required

• COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Total comp potential: $75,000 to $95,000+
• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to revenue
