On-Call / After-Hours Coordinator Are you dependable, responsive, and passionate about supporting both clients and caregivers? We are currently seeking a Second On-Call / After-Hours Coordinator to help support Overnight, Early Morning and Weekend operations. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and is willing to assist with urgent staffing needs after normal office hours. Position Overview The Secondary On-Call Coordinator will serve as support in the form of after-hours scheduling and urgent caregiver/client needs.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

10:00 PM

•09:00 AM as needed (On-Call)

Monday-Friday:

5:00 PM

•10 PM as needed (On-Call) One full weekend day as needed (On-Call) Holidays as needed (On-Call) Compensation $125/week reimbursement for Monday-Friday Evening on-call Coverage $125/week reimbursement for Monday-Friday Morning on-call Coverage $125 for each weekend day completed If coverage is needed for a client shift, the coordinator will be paid: $25/hour for all caregiving hours worked This is paid in addition to the on-call compensation Responsibilities Answer and respond to after-hours calls/texts Assist with last-minute call-outs and scheduling changes Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff Help ensure all shifts are covered Step in to provide caregiver coverage when necessary Qualifications Reliable and responsive communication Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to remain professional and calm in urgent situations Flexible and dependable Preferred Skills Scheduling or leadership experience is a plus Comfortable making quick decisions independently Team-oriented mindset If you are interested, or have any questions
