My client is a Private Duty Home Care provider based in Palm Beach County that has been established for over 10 years.

The Company:

Established for over 10 years Highly hands-on leadership team who lead from the front Strong client retention, with clients typically staying with the business for a long time 100% fill rate that the business is committed to maintaining Five-star Google ratings Looking to achieve 50% growth

The Role:

Act as the key person in the middle of the operation, making decisions and escalating when required Support the office operation and help free up the Owners to focus on networking and business growth Manage and support the Scheduler, with the potential for an additional Scheduler as the business grows Be hands-on with scheduling, staffing, client and caregiver issues rather than simply delegating Help hire and manage staff whilst maintaining the high standards of the organisation

Required Competencies:

Previous management experience College educated Strong organisational and process-driven approach Proactive, professional and able to prioritise Excellent communication and people skills Ability to deal with high-end clients and understand different client and caregiver expectations Common sense and strong decision-making ability Ability to work in a hands-on environment Longevity in previous positions is strongly preferred
