Supervisor, Operations The Impact You'll Make You will be the front-line leader who brings the daily plan to life , ensuring your team delivers safe, high-quality output every shift. Your leadership will directly influence productivity, quality, and customer delivery performance across manufacturing and distribution. By supporting operators, removing barriers, and reinforcing standard work, you will help create a stable, predictable, and efficient operation . You will play a key role in identifying issues early and turning them into improvements that benefit the entire site. Through your leadership and Danfoss behaviors, you will help build an inclusive and respectful team environment where everyone—across roles, shifts, and backgrounds—feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
