Position Summary Are you a natural leader who thrives on flexibility and variety? CSSI is looking for a Field Support Officer for a hands-on role where no two days look the same — supporting client accounts, mentoring site staff, and jumping in wherever the team needs backup most. This position has no fixed schedule: you may work days (1st or 2nd shift) or nights (3rd shift) based on where you're needed, with weekend availability required. If you like ownership, variety, and being the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Fill open shifts across our sites — you're the first call when an officer can't make it in, ready to step in and keep coverage solid Support other officers and supervisors wherever coverage is needed, helping sites run smoothly Lead by example — train, coach, and support site staff, and help new officers and supervisors get up to speed Visit sites regularly to check in on personnel and equipment, and make sure everyone is set up to succeed Take ownership — make sound decisions in the field and know when to loop in leadership Jump into other projects as needed; we're a team that helps each other out Compensation & Schedule Competitive base pay: $25.00/hour Medical, dental, and vision coverage A flexible schedule and a team that has your back If you're ready to take on a role where your leadership and flexibility make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
