We are looking for an experienced, motivated Operations Manager who wants to take ownership of daily operations, build a strong team, grow sales, and play a key role in the long-term success of a growing branch. Position Overview The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and performance of the Myrtle Beach branch. This role will oversee team members, scheduling, sales, customer service, production, and service quality while helping establish Coastal Turf as a trusted lawn care provider in the Myrtle Beach market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building a successful operation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the Myrtle Beach branch Recruit, train, motivate, and develop branch employees Manage team schedules and ensure efficient daily routing and production Oversee lawn care services and ensure work is completed to Coastal Turf standards Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and employee performance Generate and follow up on sales leads and help grow the customer base Identify opportunities to increase sales and branch profitability Operate, maintain, and oversee the safe use of company equipment and vehicles Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain accurate service, production, and operational records Assist with hands-on lawn care services and branch operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or a related field preferred Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Sales-minded and comfortable working with customers and leads Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to obtain and maintain any required state licenses or certifications Reliable, dependable, and committed to being part of a growing team Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits include: Employer Paid Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Health Insurance PTO and Paid Holidays Paid training and professional certifications Opportunities for career advancement as the branch expands Company support and resources to help you succeed Supportive, team-oriented work environmentBenefits:
