Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead the Rocko's Front of House, creating memorable experiences for guests while ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee event management, supervise staff, and deliver top-tier guest services in a lively, hospitality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a passion for creating engaging entertainment experiences. As the Manager of Dig in the Park, you will be instrumental in driving event success, managing daily shift activities, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of event operations within Rocko's, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and special events. Supervise and motivate team members, including staff responsible for guest services, cash handling, and shift management, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Manage cash handling procedures accurately during events, including balancing tills and preparing reports for management review. Develop and implement operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards to uphold a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Write detailed reports on event performance, staff performance, and incident documentation to support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming events and enhance guest engagement strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in nightclub or events management with a strong background in hospitality or resort environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience; capable of managing teams effectively during high-pressure situations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Strong organizational abilities with experience in report writing, shift management, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations is highly desirable. Supervising experience in a fast-paced entertainment or hospitality setting is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.
