Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed division targets for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Manage scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and laborers for efficient project execution. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and job scheduling to maximize efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely production reporting from field operations to administration. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Train and mentor staff to achieve goals in quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and professional development of Technicians. Prepare job contracts, oversee and write estimates, and negotiate insurance claim settlements. Schedule and oversee maintenance of equipment and service vehicles. Track supply inventory to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
4-5 years in the cleaning/restoration industry, or an Associate's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Certifications:
IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation are required. Advanced technical skills in mitigation practices.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and restoration software such as Xactimate. Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse job site environments.
