Lawn Doctor We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for our turf maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing technicians, scheduling, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting company growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day field operations and technician performance Manage scheduling, routing, and workflow efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians Ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and to company standards Address customer concerns and support service quality improvements Monitor equipment, vehicles, and inventory Collaborate with leadership to meet operational and growth goals Qualifications Prior experience in turf maintenance, lawn care, or a related field preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of turf applications, spraying, and industry best practices preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Benefits & Perks Full-year, year-round employment 6 paid holidays 2 additional gifted days off 2 Weeks Paid Vacation days Health, Dental, and Vision insurance IRA retirement plan Life insurance Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Must pass background check and drug screening.
