Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Director of Operations to lead and oversee the daily functions and strategic initiatives of our organization. This leadership role requires a proactive individual capable of managing operational, financial, and strategic responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a background in fundraising, grant writing, grant management, and proven management experience. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree or leadership certifications are preferred. This is a position committed to fostering organizational growth and sustainability. Duties Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop, implement, and monitor organizational strategies aligned with long-term goals. Manage financial activities including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Lead fundraising efforts by identifying opportunities within the communities, writing grants, attaining funding, and managing grant-related activities. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funding agencies through effective verbal communication. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Prepare reports for the board of directors and other stakeholders to communicate organizational performance and strategic plans. Skills Strong expertise in operations management with the ability to oversee organizational functions. Proven financial management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Strategic thinking with the capacity to develop actionable plans that align with organizational objectives. Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with executives, staff, partners, and funders. Experience in fundraising, grant writing, attaining grants, and managing grant-funded projects. Demonstrated management experience leading teams or departments effectively. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or leadership certifications are preferred. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational priorities. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
