You will oversee production, purchasing, quality, equipment maintenance, and the team while ensuring the operation consistently delivers against customer commitments and business goals. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from an office. What You'll OwnTeam Leadership Lead, develop, and hold accountable the manufacturing team and frontline leaders. Establish clear expectations and operating standards across the business. Have direct performance conversations and address problems quickly and fairly. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management. Coordinate across operations, programming, sales, and the front office so everyone is working from the same plan. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that limit throughput. Improve on-time delivery, productivity, and overall operating performance. Purchasing & Supply Chain Own purchasing and vendor management for the operation. Source raw materials and negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers. Manage inventory levels and improve inventory accuracy. Support ERP implementation and improvement initiatives. Provide clear reporting on operational performance and priorities to ownership. What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience owning a broad operation rather than managing only one functional department. Strong people leadership with the willingness to set expectations and hold people accountable. Hands-on experience with production planning, purchasing, inventory, quality, and/or maintenance. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion. Comfortable operating in a smaller organization where leaders are expected to solve problems themselves.
