Experience with scheduling of staff. The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Day and Residential Services, providing guidance and support to DSP's, addressing staffing and servicing needs ensuring expectations are met and helping create an environment where both staff and the individuals we support can be successful. This is a fast-paced high-energy type position. Being able to adapt to the daily activities is a must! We are looking for someone who doesn't just want a title but is ready to lead, support, problem-solve and be someone others can depend on. Must be 18 or above, an Associates Degree or higher preferred, however, will accept years of experience in leadership/supervisory in lieu of. Experience working with individuals with IDD a plus. This is a salaried position Monday

• 8p however, flexibility is a must as this can alter based on meetings, being on-call, trainings etc.
