Ober Gatlinburg is now hiring a full-time Mountain Coaster and Tubing Supervisor. Must be able to work weekends. Mountain Coaster and Tubing Supervisor will oversee daily attraction operations and inspections of Mountain Coaster as well as the Tubing Park.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that Coaster and Tubing operations are following all safety protocols Perform all operational audits for Mountain Coaster and Tubing Supervise the Coaster and Tubing Staff to ensure all areas are operational at a level consistent with demand Assume lead role in absence of the Coaster and Tubing Manager Communicate all pertinent operational information to the Coaster and Tubing Manager Perform and monitor safe work practices for the department Aid with Guests' issues and resolve problems effectively and professionally Ensure that all necessary repair, maintenance, and general supply needs are communicated to the Coaster and Tubing Manager Ensure all daily inspections are completed prior to opening Assist in the operation of the Coaster and Tubing Park and ensure staffing levels are maintained Help with scheduling of the Department Any other duties as assigned by the Coaster and Tubing Manager

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge of a Mountain Coaster and Tubing operations or relative experience required Ability to be certified to perform all necessary rescues, including coaster and lift Great customer service skills Above average problem-solving abilities, organizational, and communication skills Must be safety conscious and able to make quick decisions Ability to lift 50lbs Able to stand for long periods Able to work for extended periods in all weather conditions Must be at least 18 years old

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
