The Director of Operations & Community Development will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of Renew Clinic while leading fundraising, grant development, community partnerships, church engagement, and organizational growth. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day organizational operations and administration. Implement the strategic direction established by the Board of Directors. Develop and manage organizational budgets and financial processes. Lead fundraising and grant-development efforts. Build relationships with churches, businesses, donors, foundations, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Oversee administrative staff and organizational systems. Support human resources, facilities, technology, and risk management. Coordinate organizational reporting, compliance, and recordkeeping. Represent Renew Clinic throughout the community. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for the Board. Help develop and implement short- and long-term organizational plans. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a mature, organized, relational leader who combines strong administrative skills with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families affected by addiction.
Preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, communications, public administration, or a related field. Three to five years of leadership, management, nonprofit, healthcare, ministry, or community-development experience. Experience with fundraising, grants, donor development, or community partnerships. Experience managing budgets and supervising staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Board, clinical leadership, staff, volunteers, and community partners. Commitment to Renew Clinic's Christian mission and values. A Critical Distinction This is an administrative and organizational leadership position.
