Responsibilities Operate CDL A tractor-trailers for regional and dedicated routes safely and efficiently Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT logs and paperwork Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures Secure and verify loads, ensuring on-time, damage-free pickup and delivery Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and terminal staff Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly Maintain professional customer service and represent Hogan respectfully on the road Manage hours-of-service to maximize productivity while ensuring safety Required Skills CDL A truck operation (tractor-trailer)
