Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Operations Manager As the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Operations Manager, you will lead all aspects of operations management, with a focus on client acquisition, scheduling, and billing. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, maintaining profitability, and fostering growth in these key areas. You will also provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the successful delivery of ABA services and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. We are looking for someone self-motivated and driven to succeed. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow within our organization while significantly impacting the delivery of ABA services. Develop and implement processes for client acquisition, including marketing strategies, referrals, and outreach efforts. Develop and manage schedules for client appointments and ensure capacity is utilized efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all ABA services. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and other organizations. Oversee and manage the performance of the ABA team, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitor data and report on outcomes to continuously meet organizational and client needs. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations relating to ABA service delivery.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Bachelors degree Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments. Prior experience in operations or logistics is a plus.Benefits:
