This role is vital in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As an energetic leader, you will oversee various departments, develop strategic plans, and ensure that all processes align with our organizational goals. Job Summary/ Responsibilities

• Always maintain a safe work environment and take into consideration your safety, the safety of other employees and the safety of our customers.
• Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems.
• Negotiates and establishes contractual agreements and proposals.
• Proposes job bids/ price quotes on projects.
• Works closely with Management to facilitate and coordinate contract agreement and project.
• Promotes and reaches out to local businesses, contractors, builders, etc. to introduce our appliances, group pricing and quality of services.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company.
• Making sure all positions within the company are fully staffed to perform the daily functions of the business and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be organized with the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning. opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
• Adheres to all company policies/ procedures and protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must be available to work Monday through Saturday. Must be willing to work as a team player. Must have great communication skills verbally/ written. Must be an attentive listener. Able to multitask calmly and efficiently. Must have pleasant demeanor, professional image, appearance and positive attitude. Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job.
