We are the leader in erosion and sediment control for construction sites, in addition to providing permitting, inspections and land clearing for projects of all sizes. The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising multiple crews and operational staff, managing regional project execution, and ensuring organizational compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. The Regional Manager serves as a key leadership position responsible for operational efficiency, employee supervision, quality control, customer satisfaction, and supporting the organization's overall strategic and operational goals.
Required Education, Licenses, Certifications, and Experience:
1. High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in construction operations, erosion control, environmental services, field operations, or a related industry. 3. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience overseeing multiple employees and/or crews. 4. Valid Texas Driver's License required. 5. Valid personal auto liability insurance required. 6. Experience managing field operations, scheduling, and workforce coordination. 7. Experience operating trucks, trailers, equipment, and overseeing fleet maintenancepreferred. 8. Ability to travel to various project locations as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Compensation will be commensurate based on experience and qualifications. 2. Eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO). 3. Eligible for Holiday Pay. 4. Eligible for health insurance and other company-sponsored benefits in accordance withcompany policy.

Possesses proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems, and scheduling software. 9. Ability to analyze operational issues and implement practical solutions efficiently. 10. Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations. 11. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with leadership and operational teams. 12. Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. 13. Ability to build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships Requirements Proven experience in management roles with supervisory responsibilities across multiple sites or regions Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively and foster team development Exceptional managerial communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience in customer service excellence and business development strategies Knowledge of lean management techniques and operational best practices Ability to analyze data-driven insights for strategic decision-making purposes Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee complex projects simultaneously A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence

$48,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
