Garland, TX Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $115,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Regulatory compliance Technical support Bachelor's degree Team management Full Job Description Operations Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, team management, client relationships, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement within a Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) organization. Leads and develops technical and operational teams while ensuring projects and services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing site budgets and P&L targets, hiring and training employees, improving operational processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, supporting clients, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and identifying opportunities for business growth and expanded testing and certification capabilities. The role also provides technical support and reviews certification/listing reports related to Fenestration, Building, and Environmental services.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
