Leads and develops technical and operational teams while ensuring projects and services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing site budgets and P&L targets, hiring and training employees, improving operational processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, supporting clients, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and identifying opportunities for business growth and expanded testing and certification capabilities. The role also provides technical support and reviews certification/listing reports related to Fenestration, Building, and Environmental services.
