Traveling Field Operations Lead - Permanent Outdoor Lighting Texas-based | Multi-state travel (Virginia & Wisconsin) Fierro Fly Electric and Build is looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Operations Lead to help oversee our permanent lighting installs in Virginia and Wisconsin. This is a Austin Texas-based role with significant travel during peak seasons. If you like being in the field, training crews, solving problems on-site, and representing the company with customers, this could be a strong fit. What you'll do: Travel to our Virginia and Wisconsin markets during busy periods to support and oversee install crews Train and coach new installers on our standards and methods Perform quality checks on active and completed installs Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and directly Act as the company's on-the-ground representative when leadership is not present Communicate clearly with both Spanish-speaking crews and English-speaking customers Report progress, issues, and recommendations back to ownership Who we're looking for: Currently based in the Austin Texas area. Comfortable traveling for stretches of 1-3+ weeks at a time during peak seasons Experience in permanent outdoor lighting, exterior electrical work, or similar roof/exterior installs is a strong plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong sense of ownership — you take pride in doing the job right and representing the company well Able to work independently, make good decisions in the field, and communicate clearly with both crews and customers Reliable, professional, and willing to be hands-on (this is not a pure desk job) Own a reliable transportation that can carry ladders What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Travel expenses covered Opportunity to grow with a company that values quality and clear communication Direct access to ownership and the chance to help shape how we operate in other markets This role requires real travel and real field work. Pay:
$59,913.28 - $82,153.63 per year
