AI Server Operations Supervisor at Ultimate Staffing Services AI Server Operations Supervisor at Ultimate Staffing Services in Grapevine, Texas Posted in 2 days ago. $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an AI Server Operations Supervisor for a client in Grapevine. This is a full-time, direct hire position. This person will lead and coordinate a team of repair technicians to achieve the objectives of the repair depot, including repair turnaround time, first-time fix rate, parts usage, and repair KPI performance. Develop and implement processes that meet customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in compliance with

ISO 9001

2008 standards. Drive continuous process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational excellence.

Job Duties:

Data Analysis, Communication, and Issue Resolution (75%) Supervise and support repair technicians to meet daily KPI and SLA targets. Analyze operational data and present corrective/preventive actions to maintain high-quality service and continuous improvement. Complete assigned projects within established deadlines. Recruit, train, and monitor repair technicians, ensuring adherence to approved work instructions and quality standards. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts. Develop and maintain accurate records, including training and process documentation, in line with company policies and ISO requirements. Assist the department manager in setting and tracking KPI goals and operational objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental workflow. Ensure adherence to housekeeping standards, equipment layout guidelines, and energy conservation practices. Maintain a positive team environment with strong morale and collaboration. Must be flexible with work hours, including during special events or projects. Warehouse Efficiency and Cost Reduction (10%) Implement warehouse efficiency initiatives and cost-reduction programs. Analyze key operational areas to identify and resolve product or delivery issues. Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven environment that encourages open communication across all levels. Team Leadership (15%) Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace aligned with company culture and values. Support employee well-being and enforce safety standards. Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Manage inventory flow to ensure cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.

Supervisor Duties:

Recruit, train, and develop team members. Schedule and oversee daily operations and workloads. Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations. Administer disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in server system repair or a related service industry. Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus. Strong communication and professional customer interaction skills. Proficiency in Excel (report generation) and Word (SOP and procedure documentation). Experience with

ISO 9001

documentation and compliance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S practices preferred. Detail-oriented with strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities and tasks.
