One year of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered. Nature & Purpose of Position Performs routine managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of the Bearkat Ticket Office. Primary Responsibilities Manages daily activities of the Bearkat Ticket Office. Oversees ticket service and operations. Implements plans for season tickets, group sales, and individual game sales. Builds relationships with season ticket holders, general public and staff. Acts as the point of contact for the Athletic Department ticket operating system (PACIOLAN). Hires and trains student ticket office employees. Develops schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals. Manages the ticket box office at athletic events. Sets timelines and ensures that all ticketing events are implemented and executed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other Specifications Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. Ability to manage business functions. Communicates with other university departments, personnel, and other agencies.
