Full Job Description Job Overview:

Icon Lodging is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's operations. This includes managing projects, driving sales, supervising teams, implementing process improvements, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring the staff in completing their day to day tasks.
• Supervise and provide guidance to teams across various departments
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate employees to achieve high levels of performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
