Job Description

Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Crew Management:
Provide overall site management and operational oversight to General Foremen and self-perform craft teams, instilling a "We before me" culture focused on mentorship, accountability, and active listening.
Schedule Optimization & Execution:
Drive daily and multi-week lookahead schedules using pull-planning techniques. Dynamically shift task sequences, leverage buffer days, and recover lost time due to site or weather delays without pushing completion deadlines.
Technical Site Execution:
Wind Operations:
Oversee turbine installation sequences (Base, Mid, Top/Nacelle/Hub) and foundation coordination while executing weather mitigation protocols to maintain productivity during high-wind crane holds.
Solar Operations:
Direct self-perform mechanical, pile driving, tracker assembly, and civil site work.
Civil Operations:
Manage heavy earthmoving fleets, mass grading (30,000+ cu yds/day), site prep, underground utility installations, SWPPP standards, and site drainage.
Senior Supervisory Oversight:
For Senior Superintendents, manage and direct subordinate Superintendents across large-scale, complex job sites.
Safety & Quality Control:
Enforce strict 100% self-perform jobsite safety protocols, zero-harm environments, quality assurance standards, and owner compliance specifications.
Owner & Subcontractor Relations:
Interface directly with client representatives, inspectors, and specialized subcontractors (such as electrical collection crews) to resolve field bottlenecks quickly. Oscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
