The Director of Operations is one of the highest-level leaders in the restaurant and reports directly to the General Manager. This leader owns the strength and consistency of daily operations, develops the leaders responsible for executing them, and helps turn organizational priorities into measurable results. This is not a position built around personally running great shifts. It is built around creating an operation that performs at a high level because the people, systems, standards, and accountability are strong. 3+ years of Chick-fil-A experience required. Full-time, in person, with flexibility to lead across days, evenings, and Saturdays based on business needs.

What You'll Own Lead day-to-day execution across Front of House and Back of House Drive Chick-fil-A standards for speed, accuracy, hospitality, quality, cleanliness, and food safety Lead, coach, and hold the restaurant leadership team accountable Own labor and productivity while protecting the guest experience Use operational results to identify problems and build sustainable solutions Strengthen systems so execution remains consistent across shifts and dayparts Develop leadership depth so the restaurant does not depend on any one person to succeed Identify and prepare high-potential leaders for greater responsibility Partner with the General Manager to set priorities and move the business forward Help ensure the operation remains strong when the General Manager is not in the building Success in this role will be reflected in operational performance, financial stewardship, leadership development, team retention, and the consistency of the restaurant as a whole.
