As a Senior Operations Manager at our HOU6 building in Richmond, TX, you'll be at the helm of one of the largest and most technologically advanced fulfillment centers in the Amazon network. What You'll Do Own the operation

  • Take full accountability for budgetary performance, people development, and operational excellence across your functional area (Inbound or Outbound). Lead and develop leaders
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable while building the next generation of Amazon leaders. Drive continuous improvement
  • Champion Lean initiatives, process innovations, and quality programs that push your team and the FC to exceed business goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met or exceeded every single day. Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and peer leaders to secure resources, share best practices, and drive site-wide success. Cultivate ideas
  • Source and nurture innovative ideas from your team, translating them into actionable improvement plans that raise the bar across the network. Share best practices
  • Take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and the broader network.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
