The Operations Support Superintendent is a field-based leader responsible for the safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of maintenance, automation, instrumentation and electrical (I&E), communications, and measurement services across our South Texas assets. This role leads multidisciplinary support teams and works closely with Operations, treating field operating teams as internal customers. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture while maintaining a strong commitment to health, environmental protection, safety, and regulatory compliance.
