Job Description

Job Overview Leading Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced, systems-minded Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations and continued development of our growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take a growing organization and build the structure, systems, people, accountability, processes, and standards needed to operate efficiently and scale. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage problems as they arise—but builds systems that prevent problems from happening. Operational Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple company entities and departments. Ensure each department has the staffing, systems, resources, and procedures needed to operate efficiently. Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and measurable goals for staff. Monitor overall operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as the central point of coordination between ownership, management, staff, agents, vendors, and outside professionals. Identify operational problems before they become larger issues and implement practical solutions. Systems, Processes & SOPs Build, maintain, and continuously improve company systems, workflows, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Document responsibilities and workflows so operations do not depend on one individual. Review existing processes regularly and eliminate unnecessary steps, duplication, and inefficiencies. Create checklists, procedures, dashboards, and accountability systems to ensure work is completed consistently. Lead implementation of new technology and software when it improves efficiency or accountability. Maintain organized, accessible documentation for all critical company procedures. Part-Time or Full-Time — Based on Organizational Needs Experience preferred:

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
