About the

Role:

Big Ben's Moving and Storage is seeking a proactive and dependable On-site Manager to oversee the grounds of the property. This role requires high performance, maintain facility standards, and follow company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-site manager Perform audits, sweep outs, overlocks, auction prep, facility repairs, and landscape oversight Help drive timely completion of facility projects and initiatives Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and vendor logistics Review and approve facility expenses under $200 Assist with delinquent accounts and auctions Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership

Who We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues Comfortable using tech tools for scheduling and communication

Employment Details:
