Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on field leader who likes being trusted, takes pride in a hard day's work, and knows how to keep a crew moving. As our Field Operations Foreman, you'll lead a small asphalt maintenance crew and take ownership of the day—from the schedule and crew to quality, equipment, customers, and job completion. You do not need asphalt experience to be successful in this role. If you know how to lead people, stay organized, solve problems, and get work done, we can teach you the technical side. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a crew of 3-4 people Organize the day's jobs, equipment, materials, and manpower Keep projects moving when plans, weather, or equipment change Make practical field decisions without needing constant direction Train employees and hold the crew to high standards Monitor workmanship, safety, and productivity Communicate professionally with customers Complete required paperwork, timecards, and job documentation Keep trucks, equipment, and jobsites organized We want someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and is proud of the work their crew leaves behind. Preferred:
5+ years in a foreman, supervisor, crew lead, superintendent, or similar role Construction, excavation, paving, concrete, landscaping, roofing, utilities, or field-service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Class A CDL preferred, but not required Schedule Our primary season typically runs April through November . During peak season, expect: Monday through Saturday Approximately 50-70 hours per week Early mornings, overtime, and occasional long days This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working hard during the busy season and wants a role with real responsibility and strong earning potential.
