Single Resource Manager (Potable Water, Helicopter Operations Support Unit, Weed Wash, Trailer-Mount

Outback Firefighting is seeking responsible and experienced individuals to manage one or multiple different specialized support units during wildfire incidents. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Transport assigned unit to incident locations Set up, operate, and maintain potable water systems, Helicopter Operations Support units, weed wash stations, trailer-mounted hand wash stations Ensure equipment is operational, clean, and compliant with incident standards Coordinate with Incident Command and follow assignment briefings Complete required documentation and daily reports Supervise assigned personnel when applicable Ensure proper demobilization and equipment accountability

Schedule and Deployment:

On-call position Must be available for deployments up to 14 days Long hours in active fire camp environments Food and lodging provided during assignment

Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age or older Valid driver's license (ability to tow equipment preferred) Prior incident support or fire camp experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage assigned resource
