Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare organization in Fairfax, Virginia, has retained our firm to conduct an executive search for a Director of Operations . This is a rare opportunity for an experienced operations leader to join an organization at an exciting stage of growth. You'll partner directly with executive leadership to build scalable systems, develop high-performing teams, and help expand the organization through future practice locations. About the Opportunity As Director of Operations, you'll oversee the day-to-day business operations while helping build the operational foundation for future expansion. You'll provide leadership for 13 team members , including operational and front-office staff, while developing systems that support exceptional service and sustainable growth. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations across the organization Manage, coach, and develop a team of 13 employees Create and implement scalable operating procedures Improve operational efficiency and customer experience Partner with executive leadership on business strategy Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Oversee staffing, scheduling, vendor relationships, and facilities Help lead the successful opening of future locations Build repeatable operational systems that support long-term growth Qualifications We're seeking a leader who enjoys building organizations—not simply maintaining them.
