Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will be based out of either Brandon, MS, and will oversee warehousing and transportation operations across assigned markets. This role is responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, supporting safety and compliance standards, driving performance goals, and helping the organization continue to grow. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing people, processes, and results in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency, safety, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop site leaders and their teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where needed. Foster a positive, people-first culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and communication. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for client and facility leadership. Support business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining strong operational standards.

Qualifications:

Must be located in or near Brandon, MS Willingness to travel regularly across assigned locations, including multiple weeks in a month . 3+ years of multi-site management experience in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, warehousing, or a related industry is required . Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and deliver results. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making.

What We Offer:

Salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience. Monday-Friday AM Shift Benefits options include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of continuous employment.
