We are currently accepting applications for a Director of Operations to join our Mountaineer Upfit team in Virginia. Some of the Responsibilities of the Director of Operations role include: Oversee Production for all Virginia Operations Oversee Maintenance of company owned vehicles and equipment Support Sales teams with parts and manpower availability Continuously provide updates and training for production teams Handle customers in a manner that ensures an exceptional customer experience. Connect, assess, provide solutions, and follow up. Create and maintain relationships with trade partners Support the Sales Manager in creating and executing a strong sales plan Develop and implement production procedures Ensure compliance with Mountaineer Upfit policies and procedures
