Position Overview Want an opportunity to work in the fastest growing company in sports entertainment? Cosmic Baseball is known for high-energy games, strong community presence, and innovative fan experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations for the Cosmic Baseball national tour. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs. A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the sales team are critical components to this position. Assist in managing data analysis associated with ticketing Play a key role in ticket conversion function for our Cosmic Baseball national tour Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunities Partnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activity Manage front gate experience for live events

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS Degree or equivalent Strong analytical skills Detail-oriented with high functioning analytical skills Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent team-building skills, must be confident and energetic and willing to work outside of the expected role. Work Environment This job operates in an office setting as well as baseball stadiums across the country as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel Travel is expected in this role as the Cosmic Takeover Tour delivers the experience to ~30 cities across the US.
